Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry item must meet the following criteria:
It must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn and unused, with tags intact if applicable, and in its original packaging.
You'll need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info.quajewelry@gmail.com. Our customer Service team will promptly assess the issue and ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items with names, dates etc. you would like to see on the ring). If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item for return, please contact us.
Exchanges:
If you have purchased the wrong ring size, you can exchange it for the correct size in our returns centre by initiating a return.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
